Wonderful experience at Rewind. I had the IV infusion and salt therapy. I was lucky to get a bonus red light facial treatment. Such a cool space and Leanne was so lovely.

Zen is absolutely incredible! So welcoming and professional and really talks through everything you want to achieve at the beginning of the session, to make sure you are aligned in outcomes. I have seen Zen a handful of times now and has made a huge difference in my recovery and releasing sore muscles to get me back into boxing at my best. Highly recommend!
