Jocelyn was A+ fabulous! So lovely and great skills in her therapy work. Thank you sweetheart, I feel totally pampered!! Admin side of things a little disappointed- was not informed pool wasn’t working prior to attendance or on day. Being 8 months pregnant, it takes a lot of effort to get changed into a bathing suit for a quick dip that I couldn’t do. They also didn’t update Jocelyn that I was needing a pregnancy massage despite filling out the new fresha forms when confirming appointment. Only small things really for another otherwise highly enjoyable experience.

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

Start your experience in the cave spa pool followed by time in the steam room. Then therapist Charis starts her magic with the amazing scrub and facial. Helen's professionalism and experience shone through during my therapy treatments. Helen listened and adjusted the massage and facial to suit my need. I like that choices were provided regarding massage oils etc. Welcoming staff on arrival to explain the spa processes with a personal tour.

My experience at Hale was an absolute pleasure. I had the Sodashi Arabian Oud Renewal Therapy, as I thought it would be a great introduction to both face and body treatments at Hale. I found the whole experience incredibly relaxing and comforting; I felt very taken care of. It was also wonderful spending time in the heated pool and sauna before the appointment and then sitting by the fire afterward, so I would highly recommend giving yourself as much time at Hale. One of the best treatments I have ever had! Piyanoot gave me the most relaxing massage and targeted all the areas I needed. Margaryta took such good care of me, and pampered my skin with the body wrap. My skin feels so smooth now! She also was very thorough in the facial, the additional massages and head rubs were so wonderful. My face was so hydrated and less red the following day. 10/10 for the 3 ritual package!

Lovely experience, just like the last time I visited. Staff are welcoming & very professional. Joy was my therapist & she was fantastic. She asked if I had any concerns & did a fantastic job at addressing my very tense neck & back. I will certainly re-book for another season with her. The atmosphere in the waiting area is so relaxing, I real escape.
