Katherine is amazing. I told her my skin concerns and the treatments I had in mind and she offered great advice, talking through some safety concerns which meant I decided not to have a treatment I wanted which I was completely unaware of and she could’ve quite easily ignored and just taken my money! Then suggested alternatives which she thought may work better and explained why. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel super relaxed and confident that she’ll do a great job. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had an amazing experience! Shireen was so welcoming and friendly. I had never gotten lash extensions before so I was quite nervous about the whole process but Shireen made me feel comfortable right from the start, answered all my questions and provided a calm setting for me to relax in. Shireen took into account my sensitive eyes and kept making sure I was okay, the service was so gentle and relaxing. Not to mention my lashes look amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I will definitely be returning.

I never leave reviews but i was so amazed with my experience that i had to leave one. When i got there i was warmly welcomed by them. They gives a lot of time to patients to discuss and consult before they would do the right treatment. Very professional i felt so relaxed and i am happy with the lemon bottle results. I highly recommend this clinic and their services. ❤️❤️

I really love this place. I think I’ve become a bit of an addict. Amy and Donna are incredibly welcoming, professional and experienced. I’ve been coming every month since my first appointment. I have quite problematic skin and I first went for a hydra facial which brightened my skin really well. I’ve since been back for a fire and ice facial with the massage which was magical and I will defo be getting again and I have also had PRP. I also come to the clinic for eyebrows, lashes and b12 injection. I really recommend this place. As I said, it’s a bit addictive but incredibly worth it!!

I recently had a PRP treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The lady who conducted the procedure was not only highly skilled but also incredibly informative. Her ability to calm my nerves and fear of needles made the entire process much more comfortable. I had a mix of micro blading and ombré done on my brows and I’m so happy with the results. Being a newbie to all of this I went by a friends recommendation (who had hers done and they look fab). Shanice and Samira are both brilliant, I feel nice when I wake up in the morning now lol. I don’t have to do anything with my eyebrows, where before I was pencilling them all the time, I just put my mascara on and off I go (I know it’s a long review but I know how hard it can be to find the right people to put something permanent on your face!) so a FIVE star from me!

Traveling for two weeks, my back and neck were sore from sleeping on a hotel bed. I found this gem that had great reviews so I booked a 90 min massage. The massage was fabulous!! I wished I would have found this place sooner so I could have gone twice while in London. The price is very inexpensive for the amazing service they provide. Thanks for making me feel so much better!!
