You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing — easily the best spa experience I’ve had. Such a welcoming and lovley salon, Lily ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process, she gave me advice on which eyebrow treatment would be best for my desired outcome and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result, would definitely recommend to anybody wanting microblading/combination eyebrows.

Hattie is lovely, she is friendly, chatty and the experience was the best eyebrow wax I've ever had. She explained she didn't use strip wax as its harsher, pulls the skin and can cause trauma, I was bracing myself for the pull off from previous salon experience and I barely felt anything and instead of having bright red skin it wasn't even pink. Love my results, loved the chat and will definitely go back! Thanks again Hattie! ♡

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !
