The attention to detail was spot on, and she made sure I was happy with the shape, color, and finish throughout. Today was my first time going to Tracey. I came to have my eyelash extensions removed as I’ve had them on for a while now. I’ve been looking for days for someone to remove them for me as I hardly had any ok both eyes anyway. She was very friendly to talk to, messaged back pretty quick and was able to fit me in today even though I messaged about it this morning. 🥺 I’m so grateful and so so happy, thank you so much again. I know it’s nothing special, but I was desperate for them to be taken off now I’m so happy I can see my natural lashes again. Will definitely recommend you to other people.

I got a Japanese head spa and gel x nails done by Esme. She was very kind and professional and made me feel completely at ease right away. Highly recommend the head spa! Makes you feel so relaxed :)

I have been going to Alice for my eyebrows for just over a year now. I'd never had anything done to my brows before, spent my teens and twenties just plucking them and filling with liner. They were always thin and I'm also fair haired so always hated looking like half my brows were missing. After my first appointment I couldn't stop staring at them! I go to Alice every 4 weeks for lamination/maintenance and I don't think I'll ever stop. They have now filled out, are lovely and thick and the tint shade is perfect. I'm not huge on beauty but will always spend my money on Alice's talent! Magic x

Kayleigh is honestly the best! Every treatment I’ve had she’s been so thorough and executed the treatment perfectly and professionally. I’ve had a variety of treatments with her like light therapy, lash lift and tint, and lash extensions and I would recommend her for any service she offers. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming and definitely goes the extra mile for you - I feel like I’ve made a friend for life!

Alice did an amazing job on my eyebrows and lashes! I’ve never tried the Korean style but I’m never going back to a standard lvl. She’s so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. My brows and my lashes look incredible — exactly how I wanted them. Had the best experience for cheek filler. Jessica is so welcoming and friendly and really listened to the look I was going for. Everything was explained fully. Will definitely be back for more treatments. The aftercare is excellent as well and I feel comfortable asking any questions I have without being made to feel a nuisance.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Tamara enough. She’s always so warm and welcoming, and she instantly puts you at ease. Her work is beautiful, she takes so much care with every set, and the experience is just as lovely as the results.

Alice transformed my eyebrows from literally nothing to full and voluminous, I could have honestly cried. As someone who's always struggled with little to no eyebrows, the brow lamination is so effective and I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!
