Sensible, helpful, client focussed, and the overall experience is simply wonderful. I feel cocooned, looked after, well treated and rejuvenated. A true star in her profession

Had appt for facial and eyelash tint. First time in years. Forgot how nice it was to have a treatment. Will definitely be back. Liked it because dont need to be a size 12 perfect woman to go here as both keeley and stacey make you feel all relaxed. I had hurt my back day before and as I was leaving someone cancelled an appt so I was able to jump in for a half hour back massage. Was exactly what I needed. Stacey very attentive and aware of my requirements as have permanent injuries she needed to be careful of. So pleased I went Premises fresh, clean, comfortable and relaxing.
