I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Amazing first experience at the Grimsby location. David was my nail tech and did a beautiful job he is very talented. We also had our eye brows done from Michaela and they look great. Also they have our Alumier products so we stalked up! Would highly recommend this spa.

Dahlay is absolutely amazing! She is the only one I trust doing my nails, she kills it every single time. She pays so much attention to detail and always gives me exactly what I’m looking for! Alyssa is extremely talented and a lovely person to be around. I was very comfortable with putting my eyebrows in her capable hands and am so glad I did. I wanted a natural looking brow that works with my facial structure and Alyssa guided me through my options and gave her expert recommendations which turned out beautiful. I will be going back for more permanent makeup with Alyssa to help enhance my natural features and give me that extra bit of ‘wow’ without having to spend the time and effort with makeup. It’s also better than anything I’ve done on my own so thank you!

Had my brow touch up yesterday with Alyssa. Again, I was so impressed with the warm welcoming and kind atmosphere that you feel when entering. Alyssa completed my brows with the precision of a surgeon - so gentle and precise. My brows look amazing and I highly recommend you get any permanent makeup done at this clinic. Now I’m anxious to try some of their skin treatments.

As a senior, I have been around the block a few times trying different places to do permanent and touch up brows, lips. eyeliner, etc. Never did I feel the same confidence, reassurance and professionalism that I felt at this clinic. Alyssa did an amazing job on my brows and I’m thrilled to bits. Having now been to this sweet, super clean clinic, I will never again try another place nor will I let anyone but Alyssa work on me with permanent makeup. Alyssa is a beautiful, kind, artistic woman and I highly recommend her and the SKN Deep Cosmetic Clinic.
