It has been great to be serviced by therapist May. However, i am shock to know that she may be leaving by October due to unforeseen circumstances. It is sad to hear that as she has been a very attentive and caring personnel that can built rapport with customer which i thought is an asset to the organization. I have previously swapped from dhoby ghaut to orchard gateway for my treatments in order to follow her when i heard she was assigned to the gateway outlet. I will likely cease my current subscription since she may no longer be here.

I love coming here for their Emshape and Fat Freeze! Really helps so much! The therapists aren't pushy at all, which makes me so at ease to be here. Al of them are really friendly. And I do not need to worry anyone asking me to sign any packages. Kate attended to me yesterday and I do like how precise and accurate she is with placing the Emshape thing on my tummy, making sure I'm comfortable. I will continue coming here for sure 😊😊

Today I done my Emshape and Fat freeze together. It was really wonderful and I really liked it. Even though results takes time but I am very sure it works! I'll be coming back for sure. My therapist Su Jun is professional and nice. I forgot the first therapist whom was putting on the Emshape device on me. She is great too as I realise it doesn't hurt at all 😃

The team is very friendly and make the customer at home vibe! Even though I'm staying at east side. But really don't mind to go back to them! Their slimming treatment is effective on me. My arms lose 1 cm after 2 sessions of fat freeze.

The therapist was professional and friendly even though I was there just for fat freeze trial. There was no hard selling but only explanation what to expect and the process of fat freezing.

I am impressed with the service provided by every staff in Kosme Aesthetics OrchardGateway. No hard selling from the beginning. I like how they analyse my skin before I started any treatment. Staffs are all friendly , polite and helpful. Natalie provided one of the best facial experience! My skin felt soft youthful and really clear. Thank you 🙏
