It’s always a lovely experience visiting Naomi - she makes sure you feel comfortable and is open to any questions you have, whether you want to relax or to chat. Naomi is also very conscious of making sure everything looks natural too and kindly offers the touch up service - thank you for everything ( so far! )

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I had a facial with Btissan in this clinic for the first time and it was amazing. She throughly cleaned my face and its looking very fresh! I would definitely return back for my future facials with Btissan.

I have been there for I fat freezing treatment which was very relaxing and i come back for another treatment. I felt greatly comfortable and I was treated with caring. Recommended

Despite me being super late to my appointment, I was greated by Esther who was so warm and lovely. I’ve had fat freezing before at other places, and this was my favourite experience to date. Esther even gave me a mask to cover the bruising on my chin so I could leave without being stared at! 10/10 if you’re thinking about having any treatments done, please go here! You’re guaranteed to be well looked after.

I’ve been to Naomi more than ten times for various treatments including filler dissolving, lip filler, laser and Botox. She is so amazing, kind and gentle. I’m the biggest baby and she makes sure I’m comfortable and the results are always amazing. 💗

Wonderful therapist - felt very reassured (had the fat freezing treatment). Was an unexpected bonus that they had a tv in the treatment room so I could watch Netflix which was a great distraction from the slight discomfort of the treatment. Would highly recommend.

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
