The hairdresser was very gentle and kind. There was an extra £10 charge for a curly blow dry that hadn’t been noted, but the salon kindly waived it on this occasion x

Lovely experience at this beauty clinic in Knightsbridge attentive , welcoming & had a skin analysis with my consultation.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. Naomi is a wonderful therapist with a calm, soothing approach to her treatments. Her extensive knowledge and ability to tailor each session to her clients’ individual needs make her truly exceptional.

Despite me being super late to my appointment, I was greated by Esther who was so warm and lovely. I’ve had fat freezing before at other places, and this was my favourite experience to date. Esther even gave me a mask to cover the bruising on my chin so I could leave without being stared at! 10/10 if you’re thinking about having any treatments done, please go here! You’re guaranteed to be well looked after.

Wonderful therapist - felt very reassured (had the fat freezing treatment). Was an unexpected bonus that they had a tv in the treatment room so I could watch Netflix which was a great distraction from the slight discomfort of the treatment. Would highly recommend.
