This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

I’m new in town and was looking for a good brow specialist—came across Casey’s name a few times on the Perth subreddit and decided to check out her Instagram. I’m really glad I did. She did a fantastic job with my brows—exactly the shape and tint I was after. Super professional, but also warm and easy to chat to. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.

I moved to Perth four months ago and have been searching for a great hairdresser. THE SEARCH IS OVER!! Ashlee is amazing and managed to give me exactly what I wanted for my hair colour on the first appointment. I’m blown away by her colour skills —- and I could not be happier!! It’s a Christmas miracle, my hair looks amazing AND just in time for the holiday parties. Thank you Ashlee and team for having me in the salon today and making me so happy!! Always look forward to going to Crystal Spa, staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful, offering variety of amazing treatments including Eyelash Extensions must say “ Pietra ” Eyelash and Nail Technician is the best in Perth, over the years I have had eyelash extensions with many different lash technicians my lashes have only been destroyed. Since I started seeing Pietra, my own lashes have grown and have become healthier. I can’t stop recommending Pietra to everyone I come across and the amazing comments I receive from strangers about my lash extensions

I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️
