This was my first time trying Reiki and cupping, and the best way to describe it is that I felt like I was being looked after -nurtured, as Donna said. She has such a calm, reassuring energy and makes you feel comfortable straight away. It was very easy to chat openly with her without feeling awkward or self-conscious. I will definitely be back! 🩷

I recommend booking a session with Meral as she is a beautiful soul with a loving and warm energy. She makes you feel right at home and has an empathetic ear to listen to your issues. I arrived feeling quite stressed, worn out with an aching body and opted for cupping therapy which focused on all my problem areas. I left feeling deeply relaxed and floating in the clouds. I need to apologise to Meral for taking so long to leave a review, I'm not very organised and I will definitely visit her again for some more tlc 🥰🥰🥰

I'm very grateful for having this Crystal and Reiki Holy Fire distance healing session with Matteo. I've never experienced such a powerful healing before. It was absolutely beautiful and mind-blowing. My body experienced a number of different physical sensations, from tingling to tapping, and it was clear which areas he was working on. Also, I saw so many faces and bright colours that I didn't want to come back to reality! It was like a vivid dream! Before and after the session I was talked through with great care and patience by Matteo, who provided me with very deep insights. He's a pro!!

I had such a beautiful experience at Mystic Holistic Glasgow with Steph. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a calm and cosy space that felt so inviting. Steph instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reiki and sound bath left me feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter. Her energy is so genuine and calming. This was my second visit to Steph, first time was for a card reading which was amazing so I booked again for a facial/reiki/sound healing. Another fab session - my skin was glowing after the facial and I felt so relaxed and calm from the reiki and sound bath. Steph is so welcoming, I instantly felt at ease with her, the treatment room is lovely and Steph follows it up with advice and aftercare. I love the fact Steph doesn’t say you need to sign up for a certain number of sessions or buy expensive products to make the most of it. Would highly recommend Steph.

He described something I had actually been feeling in the days leading up to our session — a particular guide coming through — and even shared a vision of me in the desert, which carried deep symbolism that felt incredibly aligned and meaningful to me. There's simply no other practitioner like her and the space is instantly relaxing I came knowing I needed help unwinding after a prolonged period of unsettling factors across my life and relationships. Donna quietly guided me to offload before the treatment began and allowed time for reflection afterwards. This level of service is refreshing and makes the impact of the treatment go so much deeper.
