Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

This is my first time at Spa Blu. I had a wonderful experience. Always nice to be pampered. The ladies were wonderful. Thank you Sasha. I enjoyed the pedi and facial. Had my eyebrows done as well but I'm so sorry I do not remember the young lady's name. Thank you. It was not a painful experience like other places. It was great that they kept asking if you're comfortable. Kudos Spa Blu. I will be switching spas. 🫢
