Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

I just had my first laser hair removal appointment here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and spotless the facility is. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. My technician Lauren was absolutely amazing — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the session. I really appreciated her professionalism and gentle approach, especially since it was my first time.

I have been going to Raw Tropics for 2 1/2 years. Kim is a gem. She is very knowledgeable in the beauty business. She is dedicated and passionate about all my needs. She goes thru each and every step with me. Her Brazilian waxes are 10/10. Her Vajacials are one of kind. She doesn't rush and takes her time. As long as Kim will have me, I will continue seeing her. I would recommend raw tropics beauty to everyone.

My experience was amazing! Anastasia was very professional, highly skilled, and gentle! I used to go to a national chain waxing spa and was disappointed with their recent quality of service. I’m so glad I found Anastasia, I will only be going to her for my future waxing needs from now on!
