Vincent was my barber today and this was my first time at the barber shop. I was very satisfied with the result, he paid a lot of attention to details, which I really appreciate. i was offered coffee or water upon my arrival, which shows good customer service. The shop itself is very clean, well l organized, and it has a great atmosphere. I can recommend the place and i will return.

Great experience at The Cloud Spa today. Hazel and Layla (I think that’s her name) did my nails beautifully! I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who did my wax but she took great care of me :)

The cloud spa was lovely as usual, I had my favourite matcha & coffee from Sasha ☕️🍵, got my regular Cystine hair treatment done with Farzana 🧖🏼‍♀️, Favourite mani/ pedi with Mika & Stephany💅🏼 it’s always a great time relaxing here at the spa with the best team 💕🫶🏼

Service is always impeccable, the staff are always welcoming, cheerful, and extremely friendly. Love the details and the effort placed in every tiny detail in the spa, always a pleasure being back here. As a newly frequent customer, I always feel cared for at The Cloud. The skill set of the employees comes with a high-level of detail, attention, and care.

Mary was wonderful and the service was so friendly and nice. However, I was under the impression the spa pedicure included at least a few minutes foot and leg massage. But it was still a lovely afternoon. The strawberry mojito was delicious.

I booked myself a spa day and had a wonderful experience. Very relaxing massage, meticulous mani and pedi, and a beautiful trim/blowout! Thank you ladies!

Really had a great experience with Mohammed for the beard trip. And an awesome experience with Drexe on the mani pedi and foot scrub. Drexe worked magic on my foot Thank you so much for your awesome service. 👍👏🤗
