Groomify Gents Salon provided an outstanding experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, staff attentive and skilled. My experience at the salon was great! The staff are very friendly and I had a lovely head, back and shoulder massage while I did my mani/pedi. The salon was very clean and spacious. My experience with the booking through Fresha wasn't as great... the promotions on the site were not available at the salon - luckily they offered 15% discount with Fazaa - and the directions to the salon on the website are completely off - get directions from Google instead!

Good Moroccan bath..Therapist speaks limited English, so had to show her the promotion I was booked in for, which was also in Arabic. When I came downstairs to reception at around 12:30 it smelled like staff were cooking their lunch. Maybe an idea to keep kitchen doors closed and ventilate whilst cooking. There was no spa music playing. Staff are very friendly, but could do with a bit of training on customer experience and phone use during work hours. Someone was listening to a video/recording.

I thoroughly enjoy the spa services that I experienced yesterday. My only complaint was that it was so soothing and relaxing that I slept through it making it impossible to fully enjoy it 🤣🤣🤣
