I have been going for a few months with a persistent shoulder injury which abbie worked on brilliantly. She also did a great pre-hab session before my london marsthon and also a rehabilitation session after. Couldn't recommend ore highly.

I have just left my session with Abby, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She took the time to really understand my issues and quickly identified the underlying causes.
