Just a consultation but he answered all my questions and explained things very clearly, he also has an impressive amount of certifications I have no idea how anyone manages to obtain so many qualifications in a lifetime but I feel confident knowing he's extremely experienced. I had my helix pierced today by Kay. She was really very nice and helpful choosing the jewellery and the right spot on my ear. Also very professional with the procedure and aftercare advice. It was quick, my ear didn't even bleed and after an hour or so I didn't even feel much pain or discomfort. I am very happy with my experience, thank you Kay. Eva

Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally.
