Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I had an amazing facial with Niki. We had a nice and thorough consultation and right off the bat she made me feel very comfortable with her open and friendly energy. She addressed all my skin concerns and throughout the facial gave me tips that I can include in my skincare routine. She used products that felt cooling and nourishing on my skin.
