I had a facial with Lori and it was fabulous! She is gentle and it was very relaxing! She had lots of information and suggestions. She was also patient with all my questions. I look forward to another facial with her very soon. Definitely will be my go to for facials in Winchester.

Great services from Ciara with my massage with aromatherapy scents added today. She found the knots to work out in my muscles. 😊 My facial with Lori was also well done. You could tell with each cleanser, mask and moisturizer that she is very experienced in her techniques and applications. She was also very conscientious to ask whether I liked something or did I prefer to not use that service. That made the facial feel very personalized and not routine at all. Thank you!

I’ve never had a facial before, and I wasn’t expecting it to be as involved as it was, in all the best ways. Rhiannon was in tune with my needs, had the best pressure and calming voice that helps you melt into the space. My skin hasn’t felt this good in a long time, she’s got a new client for monthly facials after this.

Amazing!!! Emma knew exactly what my skin needed. I had the best facial massage and left with glowing skin. Her recommendations for what to do with your skin are incredibly helpful and personalized. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes the time to understand what your skin needs. I can’t recommend her enough! ✨

Rhiannon was fantastic! She made the facial experience very peaceful and relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated. Rhiannon noted I had some skin sensitivities that I outlined in my intake form and checked in with me throughout to ensure none of the products were irritating.

Im new to Winchester from Tampa, FL and was nervous about finding a hair stylist here. I went to see Bre and she was amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and made my hair look exactly like the creamy blonde inspo pictures I sent her, all staying within my budget! I can't say enough good things, she was lovely. I will definitely be coming back to see her anytime I need my hair done!

My first time visiting the ritual spa and certainly won’t be my last. My massage with Cynthia was incredible! She really focused on my problem areas and I left feeling so relaxed. I followed that with a facial with Rhiannon- absolutely amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience at the Ritual spa and I can’t wait to return!

This was amazing. A very relaxing experience tailored to your skin and body. I've had facials and body care that cost way more and weren't even worth a quarter of this experience. The scalp massage was a beautiful touch, as was the product recommendation without pushing products. Will return (and I'm a hard sell!)

Alison did a fabulous cut and color, like always!! The salon made sure to hand out a snack and drink to get me through the lunch hour. They are the best salon in Winchester!
