Can’t recommend a visit to the lovely Helen enough. Have had a reflexology treatment on feet and a facial reflexology which was amazing! It really has helped with a few aches and pains I had already, feeling fabulous. Thank you

Sam is an absolute gem of a find! Really well informed practitioner and intrinsically tailored the treatment to meet my individual needs (fibromyalgia related pain). The treatment room is beautifully calm and serene and only adds to the feeling of bliss. I walked in but floated out. Would highly recommend.

Rabia, my consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took a keen interest in understanding my needs and skin issues.
