I had a "moment to myself" treatment today. Massage and facial. As ever, a fabulous massage and facial with Kate. She reads my skin perfectly. It was just so relaxing. Kate is great. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who dealt with me but I had a hot stone massage and it was incredible. I’ve never had one before and had a back injury at present. It was JUST what I needed and the lady was so considerate with pressure to do my injury. I felt relaxed and content at all times. I will definitely be back! So affordable too.

This time of year doesn’t just makes me feel like a bear wanting to stay under the covers and eat cake but as being written constantly the skin can suffer and the mood can be one of apathy but never fear! Kate has lifted me in body spirit and face! I had the dreamy double mask facial and the arm massage was blissful! Kate administered the perfect pick me up. An awakening for spring!
