I had the best day at the spa. The facilities were great. Steam room, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, hot tub and pool. I also had the most amazing facial and massage. I treated myself to a breakfast in the restaurant upon arrival and also had an afternoon tea mid afternoon. I felt truly relaxed when I left the hotel

Very relaxing as usual, thoroughly enjoyed my foot ritual (usually have a facial). However, we did have to wait nearly half an hour for our afternoon tea this time.

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Thanks Level staff and especially CiCi 💯🌟

I had a mini facial and mini back massage. Both were superb, it is the second time that I have been lucky to have Victoria. She certainly has the magic touch.Look forward to having more treatments with her.

A lovely time in the spa for my daughter’s birthday followed by a facial and back , neck and shoulder massage which was really nice. A plentiful afternoon tea was also enjoyed with good service. Only bad points- showers were Luke warm , no cups for water in the relaxation lounge and outside areas look run down but we enjoyed our time together. Thankyou

The lady at reception was brilliant, I had forgotten my husbands swim shorts and she found a pair that we could borrow. My therapist was lovely, such a gentle touch. I felt really relaxed, my facial was very luxurious. Only one point, the indoor hot tub had been fixed, but was quiet foamy. Could do with a dose of shock!

My friend and I booked the Afternoon Delight Spa package and also had a mini facial. The whole experience was very relaxing and refreshing and we had a quality afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

A gorgeous facial and back massage by Sorcha and a glass of bubbles and box of delicious chocolates after which was such a bonus as it was part of the treatment I had booked. Felt so chilled .

Simply wonderful, the staff were very professional and warming. We asked for a pot of tea after our treatments and was given a space in the bubble lounge to enjoy this. The facials were fantastic. I had previously told them that I have sensitive skink to perfumed products and she talked be through the products she was using on me today Reassuring me that there was no perfumed products.

Gorgeous place in the lovelyest little village wootton bridge , right on the creek , plenty of parking , easy to find , very helpful staff, absolutely gorgeous food , beautiful little spa and pool , we live in wootton and offen get a voucher for 2 hours in the spa and a lunch , this time I had a lovely roast and pudding after which was delicious 😋it also has a hotel which we have never stayed at as we live here 😆 but I expect its as beautiful as the rest of the place . All on ground level so easy to walk from the spa to the restaurant , I highly recommend going there 👌

Absolutely amazing! My feet and legs have never felt so good after my leg and foot massage. I also had a lovely rejuvenating facial along with a head massage. Highly recommend the lakeside, will definitely be back in the near future.
