Excellent service, I had a bespoke Barrier Restore facial at Studio114 and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs and felt both restorative and deeply relaxing. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming, allowing me to completely switch off and enjoy the experience. Found myself snoring at some point. I felt pampered throughout, and afterwards my skin felt nourished, hydrated, and visibly refreshed. Highly recommend.

From the moment we started the online consultation, it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She made me feel completely at ease and never once made me feel rushed. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, and I genuinely felt heard and understood. What I appreciated most was her honesty. She didn’t promise miracle results overnight or make unrealistic claims. Instead, she gave me reassurance that with patience, consistency, and kindness towards myself, my skin can improve over time. That realistic and compassionate approach gave me so much confidence. She was incredibly friendly!

This was the best consultation I’ve had. Busola was informative, understanding and ensured she took her time to listen to all my concerns. I was not rushed. She didn’t tell me to start using tretinoin which appears to be the trend, however, advised me on products that are going to target my current skin concerns (a simple skincare routine). It felt like talking to a friend on FaceTime. She made me feel calm and reassured throughout the whole consultation. Thank you!
