We experienced our first treatments, a facial and full body massage that was carried out at home thanks to Haus mobile massage and beauty. Holly was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. My first facial with Cait and it wont be my last! I went for the chemical peel and my skin is GLOWING! She explained the process, uses lovely products and helped guide me with what to choose to get the glow I wanted!

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! Thank you.

Love Enerchi Penarth. Always a warm welcome from the staff. I try and see Joanne every time and we have become friends over the years. She is friendly, warm, helpful and really fast at waxing! Definitely recommend.

I love the recovery room; I was able to do a bit of the infrared sauna, cold shower, red light and the amazing compression boots, while treating myself to a facial mask. Thank you for the personalized attention and great service.

Its a joy to have an appointment with Jenn, another amazing facial today, my skin has come on leaps and bounds. I will be booking in another set of facials, will also be looking to do some microblading again soon as the results are fantastic, if I could visit every day I would 😀.

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I recently treated myself to a facial and dermaplane treatment with Vic, and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Vic made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and cared for. You simply share your concerns, and she will recommend the perfect facial for you. The results have been amazing — my skin looks noticeably brighter and refreshed after every session. I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

I had microneedling and the LED light therapy mask facial at The Glow Clinic with Vic about a month ago. My skin was glooowing the days afterwards and the redness only lasted 24 hours. over the last month my scars and marks have faded so much. I was nervous at first as I hadn’t had it done before but Vic was so kind and friendly and I felt super comfortable as she was explaining the best fit facials for my particular skin condition and issues as I initially went in for a peel. Very happy with my results, Thank You!

I’ve had hundreds of facials all and I can honestly say my experience with Amrita at BORN OF MUD was one of the very best. This was so much more than a facial it was a deeply grounding experience with a beautiful spiritual element woven throughout. From the moment the treatment began, I felt completely transported. Beautiful added extras never encountered before. Every touch felt intentional, healing, and incredibly nurturing.
