From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. Manan was friendly, professional, and had incredible attention to detail - I also never felt rushed at any point. Fiona explained the new Hydra Facial and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My skin was 'vacuumed' with a gentle peeling agent then afterwards I had a choice of serums applied in a similar manner. My skin felt amazing afterwards, smooth and glowing!
