I have been having anti wrinkle for 6 years now by a couple of clinics in Nottingham. It was my first time at SHE after hearing great things. My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

As always, Imelda was very friendly and efficient! I’m so pleased with the success of my treatments - firstly removal of a lot of skin tags on my neck which needed 2 sessions and I’m left without a single mark; secondly she has treated my facial thread veins, again great success (treatment took 2sessions for me). I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia!

Enjoyed an excellent Caci facial today courtesy of Mandeep. Skin feels and looks invigorated, and the skin / face mask smelled fresh, but subtle. It left my skin feeling well hydrated and extra smooth. Mandeep’s face and neck massages are the icing on the cake. Thank you

Emma has the most amazing hands! Ive had two foot and leg massages and a full body massage so far. All have been amazing, I highly recommend.. I am looking forward to trying one of her luxury facials next time.

After having a facial with Rhianna, I feel so relaxed and my skin is glowing, invigorated and refreshed. There is no need for Botox, just have one of Rhiannas deep cleanse facials. They make me feel like I was floating on a cloud of candy floss 😻
