Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and overall experience were top tier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Probably one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had — smooth, relaxed, and super professional throughout. Highly recommend Bobbi to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I had the best experience at james aesthetics, I was given a facial that was tailored to my needs due to me being pregnant. I cannot fault the service I received. Nina was very welcoming and it was a lovely relaxing experience. I suffer with hormonal acne which had gotten worse by being pregnant, however this is my second facial now with James Aesthetics and it has improved my skin noticeably, leaving me feeling more confident without make up on. Thank you so much! Will be back regularly xx

If you want someone who truly cares about her clients skin journey then tisha is the girl for you. I am super insecure about my skin especially with my melasma not many people know how to tackle this ..Tisha does its a slow process but already seeing clearer results and then her given me correct information on how to take of skin at home . Super sweet and professional 🫰

I enjoyed my facial massage so much. Not only was Lisa a very lovely lady, friendly, polite and made me feel very relaxed. I also tried the ear wax removal treatment. I would certainly recommend both treatments. I will be booking my next appointment shortly. Thank you Lisa

5 stars, if there was an option to give more, I would! First time getting micro-needling and it was amazing. Any nerves I might have had were completely eased by the lovely ladies at the clinic, they talked through every step and made me feel so comfortable. The space was spotless, super relaxing, and I even got a facial massage! Felt genuinely pampered from start to finish. 100% recommend!

My first appointment and had the GeneO facial. It was amazing my skin feels brand new. The staff were really friendly and Karina (I think that was her name) was great at explaining what was happening and checking I was ok. I would definitely recommend

What an absolute lovely experience My very first head spa and I couldn’t recommend reiki healing by Lisa enough In a calm & tranquil room, covered in a lovely warm duvet and heated eye mask I just relaxed from the very first minute Thoroughly enjoyed and I will 100% be back 😍
