I had a Hydra Glow facial and it was honestly the best experience. He explained each and every step of the procedure so clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. His energy was amazing and very positive throughout the session. It was such a nice, calming experience and my skin feels great. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting this treatment

I cannot recommend Steph at Gelous Beauty & Laser highly enough! From the moment you walk in, her friendly and genuinely lovely personality immediately puts you at ease. I’ve been going to Steph for electrolysis, laser hair removal and carbon facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the process clearly. I’ve seen excellent results already and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and care I’ve received. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your skin, Steph is the best in the business!

Booked my appointment through Booksy an hour before my appointment time. Arrived and got parked straight away. Was met by tony who took my coat, great customer service and the haircut was spot on. I used to go into yarm to get my haircut which was always a hassle. Not anymore, it’ll be booksy, jigsaw and tony all the way from now on. Cheers tone!

My experience was 5 star, Micheal was lovely and explained the service so I understood what I was getting and adjustments to fit me. I had the glass facial and left feeling so relaxed with an amazing glow. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This was one of the best facials I've ever had. I have rosacea and didn't want any treatment that would aggravate it or leave me feeling red, hot & uncomfortable. The calming facial left my skin lovely and cool and with a gorgeous glow and the added massage was a lovely way to relieve all the stress and tension in my head & upper body. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!

Michael was really welcoming, and did an in-depth consultation about my skin concerns/hopes. He explained the treatment beforehand and as the facial went along, checking that I was comfortable throughout. The products used felt lovely, with gorgeous, natural aromas. A lovely, calming atmosphere. Visible results; looking forward to rebooking.
