Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I usually have the Signature Spa Massage, which is absolutely amazing. However, Janet is now offering a Lymphatic Drainage Massage so I tried this out this time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had and fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment. It consists of very light pressure on the lymphatic system which is just under the skin. This is followed by very gentle strokes to move the toxins in your body along the lymphatic system so your body can cleanse itself and expel the toxins in your urine. This really was a lovely experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at The Derma Clinic. Rachel is incredible at what she does. I had an amazing dermaplane facial. The results were instant and I honestly looked like I’d been revitalised! I also experienced a beautiful guided meditation which was a lovely surprise. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment!

Had Botox with Charlie a few weeks ago and was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and the natural results she prides herself on. I was so happy that I decided to treat myself to under-eye polynucleotides and a collagen induction facial. She’s so lovely and makes you feel completely at ease. I can’t wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Had my first facial with Rio and it was honestly amazing! She’s such a lovely girl—so friendly and welcoming—and you can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. My skin feels incredible, and the whole experience was just so calming. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial or any other beauty treatment.
