I had the most relaxing facial today and felt my anxiety drain away. My skin is glowing and super hydrated. Monthly facials are now a non negotiable having seen a massive improvement in my skin since my first appointment with Alice 8 months ago. An added bonus is the air conditioning unit which with today’s extreme temperatures was needed.

I had the Mini Million Dollar Facial today and absolutely LOVED it! From start to finish, the experience was so relaxing and luxurious. My skin felt instantly refreshed, smoother, and had the most amazing glow afterwards. The attention to detail was fantastic, every step was tailored to my skin’s needs, and the products used felt high-quality and indulgent. it was a full-on pampering experience. I left feeling rejuvenated, confident, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this treatment if you want radiant, healthy skin and a real treat for yourself!

Had a facial with Grace. Initially she was very warm and welcoming into the treatment room. Was thorough in going thru the pre treatment questionnaire. Surveyed my skin, providing advice on hydration. The facial its self was relaxing with Grace being very thorough and gentle in the areas she cleansed and massaged. I love the salon as all staff are so warm and welcoming, would definitely recommend others to visit!!! Thanks Grace for making my day off work even more enjoyable xx

My first time at Icon inspire and my first facial! I can’t recommend Jodie enough, she’s amazing at what she does, such a lovely person & her salon is stunning! I had a cleanse & clear facial and my face feels so clean & refreshed, can’t wait to have it again already xx

The customer service was amazing, space was super clean and professional. I felt comfortable throughout my facial. Blaise was informative about what she was using, doing and after care. I left with my skin glowing and feeling lifted. Can’t wait for my next session!

I tried the H20 Glow facial for the first time. Like many women, I live busy, so having a facial I want to feel and see quick results. Well, for me, this is one. This procedure is not usually a relaxing procedure. Like other very popular treatments, H2O Glow is a little different. There is no sound except for the hum of the COMCIT machine. This process takes about 50 minutes and even though you feel the tingling of those little needles, it is painless. The last 10 minutes were relaxed as a massage was performed. Again, thank you Erika! ❤️

I don’t live in Dunstable, but every summer we visit the grandparents and other than seeing my parents, The Beauty Shack is the highlight of my trip! Lauren is absolutely amazing. Her builder gels are always flawless, and today’s Million Dollar Facial left me glowing (and feeling like a million dollars!). Her expertise and warmth are second to none. Holly is a total gem too - incredibly kind with serious lash skills. Thank you both for reviving me every year!
