My first time having facial filler and I’m so glad I chose JXB. The results are beautifully balanced and natural. Having only had nose filler once before elsewhere, I was very selective about who to trust, and I definitely made the right choice. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic was spotless, luxurious, and calming, with a professional atmosphere and great music. An amazing experience from start to finish… I’ll definitely be returning as a regular client!

Just had my third Elemis Biotec facial with Jeanette. Amazing results already. What I love most about this salon is the time Jeanette took both during my first appointment and during the following ones to talk through my skincare needs and expectations. She offered excellent, practical advice to help me meet those needs. It’s made a big difference and I always feel very confident in her hands. Thanks again!

Wonderful. Libby is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is going to happen. I had skin pen and it was sore but I'm confident it will be worthwhile. The new salon is lovely and relaxing. Looking forward to my bespoke facial next month.

The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Nalin! Looking forward to the next one

Nalin was amazing. I had a Thai massage and the pressure was perfect. I felt relaxed and pampered. Just what i needed. I'm just visiting Derby and so glad i found this little gem. If i lived local, i would visit regularly. I will be back next time.

Libby is amazing! I’ve been going to her for monthly facials in prep for my wedding in August, and my skin is the BEST it’s ever been. I just regret not finding her sooner! Ive had aesthetics with her too and was such a good experience, I was so pleased with the results. Not only is she great at what she does but she’s so lovely and down to earth. Honestly can’t recommend her enough x

Libby has been doing my brows, lashes and facials for about four years now, and honestly she’s completely transformed not just how I look, but how I feel about myself. The level of care and attention to detail she puts into everything is unreal, and I’m always so impressed with the results! Her new salon is also gorgeous; it has a really elevated, calming feel that just makes the whole experience even more incredible.

Laura is incredible! Not only was the facial ultra relaxing, but my skin was so glowy and glassy afterwards, it looked better than ever! The skincare and product advice is always excellent and she knew exactly which products would be best for my skin.
