I had the 7 Step Facial + Sculpting Massage and it was incredible. My skin felt so smooth and rejuvenated, even the next day. I’ll definitely be going back for this treatment again. I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Lovely, relaxing experience. Nadia is very attentive. Her facial massage works very well and I felt as though it toned my skin and made it feel rejuvenated. She also ironed out knots in my shoulder muscles. The massage was paid for with a gift voucher and was a very good deal. A much needed experience!

My vital eye facial with Tara was out of this world. I had been suffering with a cold/allergies and came out feeling like a different person. Tara relieved a lot of tension in my head as well as unblocked my sinuses. The treatment was so relaxing and I felt really comfortable with Tara. She’s very knowledgeable and recommended further treatments for future visits. Tara also went above and beyond by fitting both mine and my friends appointments in one together so we could celebrate our birthday

Very professional, and friendly. Explains the whole process and attentive to my needs. I had a rejuvinating facial massage and back massage, with essential oils. Nadia spent time on the massage and was thorough but with a very relaxing touch. My skin felt glowing afterwards. I do recommend Om Lotus.

I went for the back and scalp massage, with a mini facial to start off the week and it was so so relaxing! Anna is brilliant at creating a calm atmosphere from the moment you walk in! I’ve had some problems with my back recently and she did an amazing job to check in with me during the massage. Couldn’t ask for a better start to my birthday, Thank you Anna!

Fabulous service as always from Yvonne. I book in regularly for combined eye, bikini wax and underarm wax. Now treating myself to a bespoke facial now and then. It really cleanses and brightens my skin and the products are amazing. Yvonne is so knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I booked a back massage and a massaging rejuvenating facial, which is not product based. I enjoyed the experience and felt deeply relaxed, calm and positive. I'd recommend Nadia who offers a range of treatments and specialisms. She is an experienced solo practitioner and is a genuine lovely person as well. I feel fortunate.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!
