Absolutely loved my facial yet again! Heleena always talks me through what she is doing and why she is doing it. She is always making sure that she is only doing and recommending the best for me and my skin. I can already see the results coming through on only 2 months of her advice and personalised facials. Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. Magical hands 🙌

Victoria was lovely and explained everything really clearly. I had an acne facial and added on a face massage which I found thoroughly relaxing! The products smelt incredible and left my skin feeling fresh and revived.

Helena is amazing! We had a detailed consultation to discuss all my concerns. She set out a clear plan of what i need to use at home and the treatment plan going forward. My first facial was lovely she spoke through everything she was doing and why so i knew exactly what she was doing and what it was targeting. Helena is very knowledgeable and i look forward to working with her more.

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

I have been a regular client for the last 6 years. I have had multiple treatments over that time and can honestly say every time Kay makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every treatment has always been amazing especially one I had just recently - the luxury holistic facial. It was incredible!!

My god! This was heavenly! I had a full body massage previously and lost 3lbs the next day - Laura-Lea really distressed me and clearly worked out some of that water retention too! This time I had the Back, Neck and Glow and it’s honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had! It’s my first time having a full facial massage and it feels like the stress I was holding just left my head and mind. Thank you for having magical hands - I can’t wait to visit again!
