I had a vampire facial with Rachel and couldn't recommend her more. She was absolutely lovely, very gentle throughout the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and share lots of helpful advice about skincare and different treatments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

First time seeing Kylie getting my nose done, been to her before for my lips and will only ever go to Kylie. She takes such a genuine interest in her clients, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Wouldn’t go to anyone else even though it takes me an hour and a half to get to Bournemouth! I’d recommend her to anyone.

Maria is a star in fact, she’s a consistent star. She always gives 100%., Her service never waivers. I know I’m going to get exemplary treatment from her whether it’s a pedicure, manicure, facial, or massage. I am never disappointed.. I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The pressure was perfect, knots released and it felt like I become a few inches taller 😀 Amy is very friendly, welcomes with a big smile on her face. Highly recommend, she is a star 🌟

Been coming for nearly 5 years and just when I think I have had the best treatment ever, they bring something out better. I bought a Christmas voucher for the snow queen facial, it was an hour and a half of absolute bliss! So pleased to hear that it will on the treatment list going forward. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

I’ve never had a hydro facial as good as this one by Hayley. Full disclosure: I’ve tried a few other places more local to me and they’re just not as good. Hayley is amazing at what she does (I’ve had a few of her other treatments too!), she’s always thorough and takes loads of care to ensure the facial is tailored to your skin’s needs. I always leave glowing & i swear the glow lasts for weeks after - I’ve even had people notice my skin!! She is honestly the best & the hydro facial is without doubt my favourite treatment EVER, it’s worth every penny!
