First experience at this hair salon, and it was perfect! Excellent service, warm and professional atmosphere. They really listened to my needs and took the time to understand what I wanted. 5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. One of the best massages and facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!!). Full body deep tissue massage by Lewis/Louis and facial by Mai. I only wish I lived in Toronto or Pamper Valley opens a branch in the UK!

Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! The space was clean and the staff were all accommodating. I’m quite picky with my eyebrows because I’ve had poor experiences in other places in Toronto. Seema was very receptive to what I was looking for!

I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

I have been getting my filler and Botox done for over 12 years religiously. I recently moved to Toronto and I am SO grateful I found Nurse Jearish! She took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted and she delivered just that! My results are perfect and I was REALLY surprised at how gentle she was I could barely feel anything while she was doing my lip filler! 10/10!!!!!!

I had a glow facial and the esthetician really took her time and customized the products to my needs. As someone with sensitive skin, I was apprehensive but I am so glad I have added these facials to my skincare routine. My face truly glows!

I had the pleasure of visiting Ritual for a infrared + red light therapy sauna and a golden hour facial. The sauna was quite intriguing, but very comfortable and it gave me a sense of "cleansing". The golden hour facial was quite rejuvenating, it is a vitamin C facial and the mask is quite strong, however my skin is not sensitive so to me this facial was relatively soothing. The facilities are well maintained and the staff was really sweet and friendly! I had a great experience!

I had a great first visit with Asha Rachel and learned more about my skin, facial muscles and the connection between wellness and skin. While there were elements that are similar to other facials I had in the past, this was much more. I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I wouldn't exchange for any other professional here in Toronto because she has high quality products, her lashes lasts longer than most places I've been before, her studio is super confortable and on the top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person !
