The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Briar always is incredible!! My dermaplaning facials always make my skin glow and I love the results. Briar is also such a fun esthetician and I love how she always makes sure I'm comfortable with everything :) Followed her from West side spa and will follow her until I can't anymore lol!

I went for the elevated facial. It was one of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life. I walked out of the session rejuvenated and glowing!! I also love how she recommends you products based on your skincare products and she doesn’t hard sell. Very pleasant and great experience, definitely coming back.

A facial at Face Haven is a little bit of massage, a lot of relaxation and the best skin of your life. I’d love to gate keep her but I won’t. Briar is a solid 5/5 in every single service she offers. ⭐️

Linda is absolutely the best! I've done laser hair removal, dermaplaning and a silkpeel facial with her, all with amazing results. I always fresh and fabulous after my appointments. She knows her stuff, she's professional, sweet and loads of fun, with an infectious laugh. Definitely recommend.

Sarah’s home studio is a hidden gem on a quiet, tree-lined street, the perfect retreat. Parking was easy, and her beautiful space set the tone for an incredible facial. I hadn’t had a facial in 14 years and was nervous with my very sensitive skin, but Sarah put me at ease with a thoughtful consultation about my routines, products, and skin history. She customized every step, using high-quality organic products that smelled amazing yet gentle enough for me. Her touch was wonderful, her knowledge so helpful, and the whole experience left me deeply relaxed, refreshed, and glowing.

Extremely professional, yet warm and understanding. I had a makeup consultation followed by a facial. The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. No pressure at all. The facial was exquisite, curated especially for me. Sarah's "facials" really include a full body treatment. Highly, recommend.

I've had many facials in my lifetime, and I can honestly say this was the best facial I have had. Sarah's treatment room is professional, warm, and impeccably appointed. Sarah began with a thorough consultation and then curated a facial tailored to my specific needs and desires. I appreciate silence during a facial, and Sarah picked up on that without needing to be told. While the treatment is called a "facial," it is really a head-to-toe care experience. At no time did Sarah try to sell me a product. Finally, and most importantly, Sarah is exceptional at her craft. I highly recommend Sarah.

I had the most incredible and relaxing experience with Sarah during her Bespoke Facial Experience. Sarah is so knowledgeable and attentive. She completely customized the treatment to what my skin needed that day. Every product she used (all Eminence Organics!) felt and smelled amazing, and the entire experience left me glowing.
