Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Another excellent facial at Flourish! Danika is very knowledgeable, and her gua sha technique is first-class! Definitely worthwhile being a Club Flourish member because I can't get enough of their facials!

this was one of the most relaxing and amazing facials i've received in a long time. I got the flourish facial with an extra add on of gua shua and i'm pretty sure i fell asleep at some point. so worth it! will def be coming back. :)

I had a very pleasant experience at the spa. This was my first visit. I felt safe,they took the covid protocol seriously. I was hand with a mask that looks like a beak covering the nose and mouth area. The mask did not obstruct the facial massage at all. Krista was very experience and knowledgeable. I've been to many beauticians back in Singapore and had never come across anyone like Krista. Her skills was so damn good i sure will be revisiting again for sure! Ambience was very comfortable and clean. 101% satisfactory!!!

I had the most wonderful facial today at Flourish. I have been to many spas and had many facials but today’s experience was beyond. Danika did my facial and she was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve had several visits to Kilai Skin Glow, Laser and Brow and had visited last Saturday for my lip blushing before going for vacation. The staff especially Viera and Lai consistently provide professional, ensuring I feel at ease every time. I get botox, microneeding on my brows and have gotten many of their facials on the regular! All of their services are amazing and everytime I see results! I have been coming here for 3 years so far. My skin has never been better in my life. Elva and her expertise has made such a difference for me! I highly recommend this place for ALL of your beauty and skin care needs! Her team is highly trained and all of the girls are lovely! They also offer many other services like mani pedi, lashes and laser therapy!

The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. She ensures that you are enjoying the process from start to finish. Healthy glowing clear skin is the added bonus. Plus relaxed shoulders and scalp. I will definitely book my next one soon.

My lashes look fantastic! Lai put new lashes on quickly in less than an hour. She is also nice to chat with. I highly recommend KiLai for your glow, laser and brow needs. Everyone there is friendly and you will have great results!

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.
