A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

I absolutely loved my experience at Aura Organics! From the refreshing fruit and juice on arrival to the cooling ice towels in the spa and lavender pouches in the steam room, the attention to detail was incredible. I had the January package, including spa and sauna access, a massage with oils I chose myself, and a deep cleanse facial—it was amazing! Danielle, the owner, is so kind and down-to-earth. This hidden gem in Hackney Wick left me feeling brand new, and their organic, natural products were lovely. Highly recommend! X

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

I regularly use Aura Organics for facials, massages and buy skin products. The service by Carly and Emma is always great, I thoroughly enjoy my self care rituals here. I also value that the products are all natural and so healthy for my skin! It's on a real cute street in Greenwich, surrounded by lovely coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours and the famous Greenwich market so you can really make a treat for yourself and enjoy the area too :)

I had an amazing facial experience with Sim! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session . She checked in regularly to see if I was okay, and her technique was both gentle and effective. My skin feels refreshed and glowing, and I truly appreciate the care she put into every step. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a top-notch facial!

Had a lovely experience at Aura Spa. The spa room is so lovely & private and they've managed to fit so much in a small place. However 45minutes goes very quickly! The massages we had were amazing, they asked which areas we'd like focused on, usually masseuses ignore this, but they really took care to target our problem areas and we were so relaxed afterwards! Would definitely recommend for a couples spa or with close friends & family.

Amazing experience and treatment as always at Aura. The beautician was thorough, explaining the treatment and its steps fully before it began. It’s the mostly greatness place in Greenwich to go for have an amazing awesome treatment of SPA and buying the mostly greatness SPA products, all staffs are qualified, professional, friendly, helpful, kind and caring individuals with great respect to their customers who workers brilliantly serving their customers and clients. I would say this place are my favourite place in Greenwich.

Moon was amazing! Lovely lady and the least pain / discomfort I’ve ever felt, it was relaxing! I never thought lash lift and eyebrow threading could feel like a spa experience!

Fantastic experience - booked an advanced deep facial cleansing with Gabriele and left with a glowing skin and smile on my face!

I’ve had a few massages and facials at this spa. I’ve always enjoyed them. The staff are very professional.

Having had a very challenging 2-years, I treated myself to an afternoon of wellbeing and relaxation at The Greenwich Spa. Thursday afternoon, I had a hand and foot treatment, facial, and a deep tissue massage. The two therapists were professional, friendly and gave me the time and space to relax, and listen to the tranquil music, whilst I had my treatments. Very happy with the service, including reception, so go give them and try and make an appointment.

Visited the spa again today and really satisfied with my 2 facials so far. Had it with Rabiya. She cares about what the client needs and tries to understand the root cause of my acne breakout and provides advise what is the best option for me. She even recommended me to a facial that suits what my current face/skin needs after breaking out from using a new product! Will be back again :)
