I purchased the into the deep package for my mom's 60th birthday, her overall experience was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, leaving her refreshed and completely at ease. This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Thoroughly impressed with their services. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The spa was spotless (I'm a stickler for proper hygiene). My nail tech was highly professional, attentive, and skilled. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered expert advice to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She paid meticulous attention to detail, and my nails have never looked better!
