Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Still the best male waxing I have had anywhere. I can’t recommend Robbie highly enough. He is super friendly, always makes sure you are happy with what he has done and he is amazingly fast. I’ve paid way more elsewhere both in Manchester and well beyond and not had the same results and service provided by Robbie.

It was my first time having a facial & I had one off Sam and it was so lovely and relaxing, Sam was so kind and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable, even walking in the girls were very lovely and smiley and that was very welcoming. Will definitely be going back for more treatments :)

I cannot rate the service highly enough. Kim was excellent; above and beyond expectations. Best back massage I’ve ever had; Reiki was a new experience and one I will repeat; the facial was refreshing and completed the experience. I would recommend anyone to treat themselves or gift someone special - you will be rejuvenated.

I have used several male waxing places around Manchester in the past and Robbie is easily the best. He is super fast and friendly. I don’t go anywhere else. Whether it is your first time or if you regularly get waxed Robbie is the best.

Absolutely the most amazing relaxing and serene experience I have EVER had. After a very emotional difficult year, I decided I deserved some pampering. So I have just had literally top to toe treatments, the whole works! I had back, shoulder and neck and head massage. A facial, including arms and décolletage. I had a luxury pedicure and luxury manicure. Finally my eyebrows waxed. It was pure bliss and I am floating! Chloe was totally fabulous at all the treatments, so knowledgeable and professional but at the same time so kind and easy to talk with and put me totally at ease. 100% recommend
