Alex was wonderful. He was very patient and clear. He gave me good advice, without trying to sell my on services or products. I instantly felt at ease, comfortable and trustworthy. I was also able to see the benefits to my skin after just one facial treatment. The receptionist was also very welcoming and polite. Always such a personalised professional experience with Alex and Kevin. They make you feel relaxed and have you walking out feeling incredible and on top of the world. Brilliant experience at this place. I got (my first ever!) wax and she was so lovely and caring, and then I had a lymphatic massage which was sooo relaxing and totally not what i was expecting. Both the Customer service and the rooms were lovely and I definitely recommend coming here! You can choose relaxing music or Netflix during your treatments! Thanks for a great experience!

Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!
