Sadly the previous client had caused a scene as she was told a treatment was not suitable for her but Emy dealt with her professionally but firmly given that the treatment was unsuitable for her medical condition and she had also been refused by other salons so was just trying her luck. I was looking for a new clinic and had heard lots of brilliant reviews about Dr Eldimarys in the local Crystal Palace beauty moms group, so booked in for a Botox consultation. Dr Eldimarys was brilliant. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, as she takes her time to analyse your face and is extremely patient and friendly. She also gave me great advice about what treatments I could look to do before my wedding which is this year. Will 100% be returning from now on, and would 100% recommended. Many thanks

This is my third treatment. Miriem, who was recommended to me, is thorough, knowledgeable and warm, and goes the extra mile to ensure that I get results (she knows I'm willing to undergo more pain for better results). Treatment results will take more time to show fully but it's looking good so far. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the degree of knowledge and experience that Miriem. I especially like that Miriem gives good recommendations for products when prompted, and never tries to sell anything that's unsolicited. I look forward to having more treatments!

The lady who did my pedicure was fantastic. I had a lot of hard skin from work as I stand for nearly 8 hours a day. She gave me an effective treatment and now my feet are softer/smoother than ever. Can’t thank her enough!!
