It has a lovely welcoming vibe. Staff are friendly and gave good advice. Faye was amazing and she was checking often if I was ok. It has a private room to get your treatments done. Faye was really good and her other staff were really nice.

Excellent Lymphatic drainage massage with the lovely Vix. Really informative as Vix gives you so much information showing you what you can do at home to help yourself between treatments. I felt lighter and soothed afterwards.

I had such an amazing experience with Faces by Faye! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Faye is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. The results are absolutely flawless – natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. My daughter had a pamper day for her birthday first she had a bouncy blow dry by Hollie which looked beautiful then had her nails done by jade which were also beautiful! The ladies are lovely and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. We can’t wait to come back.

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. I love her work and her whole personality! She makes you feel so relaxed, talks you through everything and is extremely knowledgeable. I can honestly say this was the best massage I've ever had. From the moment the treatment started, it was clear that Vicky is incredibly intuitive and highly skilled. She seemed to know exactly where my body needed attention without me having to say much, and every technique felt purposeful and effective. I’m on a rejuvenation plan over several months and am really pleased with what Sam has done so far - I can’t believe the difference when I look in the mirror my face looks natural, my skin tone has improved and I’m getting compliments on how well I look.
