I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

Such a wonderful experience, I had a fantastic massage with Kay and a sauna. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, Kay’s massage was spectacular and I left feeling so relaxed, I was floating - will be visiting again!

One of the best massage of our lives! (Went with hubby and we both had a sauna and a Thai oil massage). Cannot rate this place enough. I had Kay and hubby had Katty. We are both so happy - perfect medium to firm pressure as requested. The receptionist/owner is also super friendly and helpful. Very happy with this find and we plan to make this a regular visit. Thank you!

The Sauna therapy was a good detoxing experience- spending half an hour reading and sweating on my own was bliss and I'd be there every other day if the price was lower or block bundles were offered, e.g. £120 for 10 sessions. Included were puffy, soft slippers; enveloping gown; large towel for the sauna bench and bottled water. These were all very appreciated. Some touches that could be added include shower mat, downstairs changing room and plastic bag for wet swimwear, though the owner was very accommodating when I asked for the latter and said he'd think about providing this.

A perfect massage for me, and my partner. However one of the team members was clearly rushing during the session which felt a little bit weird. Like she slammed the door and not closed it quietly to make sure the atmosphere remained calm. A little disappointed

Superb massage! Sushmita is a very talented and attentive massage therapist. I always feel better, more recovered and relaxed after a session with her. Also, the spa’s space is cosy, clean and well-air-conditioned.

We were pleasantly surprised. A massage chair but a great one like never before. The sauna was very nice too. Place was clean and I definitely recommend and will go back.

I had a great experience, The massage chair was amazing and I really enjoyed the cryotherapy. I’m definitely going back for the oxygen treatment. I was seen by a young lady called Kieron, she was really helpful and informative which added to my great experience. ❤️👊🏾

Simply the best Thai massage I’ve had (I’ve been to Thailand). I booked the package (sauna/Thai massage/body scrub) plus a reflexology treatment. Sauna is low heat but it’s nicely done for 1-2 people and if you spend 20min it’s worth it. Thai massage/reflexology/scrub was fabulous. Sending my husband tomorrow ;)

Clean facilities was a breath of fresh air. Chamber was cold! But fun and manageable especially with the music you could choose.

It was lovely! It's my second visit here and this time I've tried the sauna too. The therapist was really nice and the treatment was amazing. Maybe the room could've been a little bbit warmer for the body scrub but I enjoyed it anyway. The sauna was a nice treat with this cold weather. I'll be back. Thanks ;)
