This was my second time seeing Bertie and again she made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed about my skin (and lack of skin care routine). “Roberta was so welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing — I actually fell asleep for about 20 minutes, which says everything! It was such a calming experience, my face looked brighter, smoother and really hydrated it felt like such a treat. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. The location was slightly tricky to find at first, but definitely worth it once you get there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing facial.

A wonderfully relaxing experience in luxurious surroundings (including a heated massage bed!). The therapist was very pleasant and professional and explained that facial thoroughly. It’s quite state of the art with different sections including microneedling. Massage pressure was just right. My skin was glowing afterwards.

Such a wonderful experience with Roberta. I had an energising facial, and the products she used were incredible. It's such a beautiful space, warm and relaxing, and using the crystal mat felt like an extra level of luxury. As usual I felt like a queen, and the service was professional and very effective - after a few days recovery, my skin looks and feels lovely.
