This was my second time seeing Bertie and again she made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed about my skin (and lack of skin care routine). She recommended some products to get me on a personalised skincare journey and I look forward to seeing the results, hopefully in time for summer! I had a facial and left feeling glowing and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Bert to anyone looking improve their skin.

I had a nice relaxing facial with Roberta, which included a red mask treatment and an excellent lifting massage which was perfect. The room was clean, quiet of external noises, with relaxing music to accompany the treatment. The treatment bed was warm and cosy perfect for when the treatment takes place during the cold winter months. A pleasant experience in total!
