I recently visited for a body treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was top-tier from start to finish—the team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. ​What really stood out was the expert advice I received. I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Everything from the consultation to the various treatment I received in the space of 90 mins was nothing short of superb. I found the Groupon voucher for -inside Out Regeneration and it was really worth. Would recommend and use again!

I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Great shockwave session. This is my 3rd session with dan… and I can honestly say… my shoulder is 90% healed. Im so happy I chose to have this therapy and give it a chance 😁 as my shoulder was causing me significant pain&distress and I would still be experiencing this extremely uncomfortable situation. It’s an amazing piece of technology…. and I highly recommend. Dan has alot of knowledge on the human skeletal system and muscular system… and he is always happy to share this with you. 😁
