The deluxe facial was lovely and relaxing. I appreciated the trainees manner and relaxed attitude. She listened to my saying that my left buttock area was sore for back massage, so didn't put any pressure there. She had a lovely touch and pressure and wasnt rushed in her strokes. For the facial, she asked if I was comfortable, warm, which was good. She kept the light out of my face which I SO appreciated. I noted she was very quiet in her actions with products and movements and in/out of treatment area, and didn't bump/jolt the table as many do. Lovely young lady

Shonnie was a amazing therapist. She was very professional, pleasant, kind and friendly. She made me feel totally at ease. Asked all the right questions to deliver the perfect experience. I haven't had my lash line or eyebrows enhanced by tattoo before, and for my first time ever, I felt safe and cared for by Natalie. Natalie was very aware of my comfort, and noticed when I needed more local anaesthetic at the same moment I felt the sting. Natalie is a professional, and the combination of that and her warm personality leads me to recommend her highly!
