Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally. Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. Ruby loves her new piercings and is a very happy girl.

I had my helix pierced today by Kay. She was really very nice and helpful choosing the jewellery and the right spot on my ear. Also very professional with the procedure and aftercare advice. It was quick, my ear didn't even bleed and after an hour or so I didn't even feel much pain or discomfort. I am very happy with my experience, thank you Kay. Eva

I had a BIGGG chop and was super nervous, Corinna talked me through every stage and was so patient and understanding when I threw a million different ideas and inspo pics at her. Spent the whole walk home checking my hair in shop windows. So relived to have finally found my go-to hair dressers in Bristol.

I just love Glitch studio… the vibe, the service, the unique abilities that make up such a bunch of talented and artistic designers.. because that’s what the hair stylists are.. they are also personable, caring & really do a fabulous job of representing Bristol.. I feel like I’ve found my tribe & come home. Almost as if I’m going out with friends for a great new experience that leaves me feeling a million dollars. It’s also bloomin reasonable in an era where everything else has tripled- well bloody done and thank you !
