We came for my daughter’s first piercing as a birthday treat, and Kelsey was incredible with her. Really took her time to explain what she was doing, why, explaining it all: she made my daughter feel totally at ease and made it a great experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Flux Studio. The whole process was calm, professional and reassuring from start to finish. The studio was spotless, and they took their time to explain every step of the piercing and aftercare, making sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. Everyone was personable, friendly and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference as it was my first piercing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I had a philtrum piercing done by Torreya which is my first piercing in a long time. Everything was explained thoroughly, there was a lovely selection of jewellery available and I was talked through all options and aftercare. The actual piercing was great, Torreya and Gemma were kind, kept me informed on what was happening at each stage & I left with a gorgeous new piercing! Thank you ladies 💖

My ten year old had her first piercing today. She was a bit nervous. But Charlie was absolutely amazing and was very patient. Gemma also helps distracting too. I now have one very happy girl, who didn't know why she was so worried, as it didn't really hurt. Thankyou so much for making her first piercing a positive experience. Loved how clean everything was as well.
